Small Parcel Shipper Contains Cost

This A Vista, CA customer was shipping about 40 USPS parcels per week, and wanted to reduce both postage and labor costs. David Goodale conducted an in depth surveys of their processes. “By implementing our G2 Shipping Software we were able to capitalize on the savings offered by the USPS qualifying them for Discounted Commercial Priority Rates, Commercial Express Rates, and E-Confirmation rates”, said David. “In addition the G2 software supports “PC Postage” enabling the customer to print a 4” x 6” carrier label with postage included.”  This saves the customer significant time and money.

For their international USPS shipments, the software to merges the customer’s and customs information simplifying the export of commodities and documents

Because of Dave’s analysis, recommendations and implementation, the customer achieved savings of over $11,000 annually in postage costs, as well as hours of labor.  As a result the cost of the solution was paid for in about 7 months, thereafter the $11,000 went right to the bottom line.
