TITLE: Account Representative
REPORTS TO: Sales Manager
This sales position is responsible for selling mailing, shipping and logistics systems in a geographic territory defined by postal zip codes, using a consultative approach and using technical, organizational and customer knowledge to influence and assist customers.
The Ideal Candidate:
- High energy and enthusiastic
- Time management, organizational, oral and written communications skills required
- Problem solving skills a must, able to work alone
- Able to multitask and prioritize
- Able to work with people at all levels; “C” level, department managers, staff
- Able to work individually and as a part of a team
- Must have a high level of accuracy and be detail oriented
- Mature, professional attitude and appearance
- Computer proficiency in Windows, MS Office and Goldmine environments
- Able to keep abreast of new technology trends and how they apply to real world projects
- Must be able to demonstrate a wide variety of equipment and software solutions
- High School Diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Must have a consistent work history that includes a minimum of 2 years of business to business outside sales experience
- We have a high level of interest in former business owners, independent sales representatives, or individuals with a successful track record of sales in the postal equipment industry.
